My business account was closed and I was sent out a closure check from Mercury directly since being sent there isn't a way to deposit or cash the check and @mercury isn't replying to my emails

@mercury this is incredibly frustrating. I just opened a new account today and initiated my first deposit from Chase personal bank account, but the account was instantly restricted. Support has repeatedly sent me automated "final communication" boilerplate emails refusing to explain or manually review the closure. Service should be reasonable and open, not an automatic black box. Please escalate this ticket to a human for review.

Mercury closed my account and is holding my money hostage behind a \"US mail only\" policy. Mercury closed my account. No real reason given. Now they'll only refund the balance by mailing a US check, and I run this out of India with no US address anymore. Support just repeats the same line. Opened a backup account with Unlimit last week in case Stripe or Paddle payouts get stuck too.

Has anyone reapplied to Mercury after account closure? My Mercury account was approved, then closed just 2 days later. I realized I had submitted the wrong website link and some of the business info wasn’t accurate. Has anyone been in a similar situation and successfully reapplied with the same LLC, EIN, and passport after fixing the information?

This is FALSE! I live in Lima, Peru. I have been in Venezuela for several months only because my mother is ill with breast cancer. All of my clients are in the United States. I do not have a single customer in Venezuela. I accessed my Mercury account only a couple of times, just to confirm that a payment from the U.S. had arrived. Even so, the account was closed. You asked me for documents to verify my residency. I sent my Peruvian ID, proof of address, and everything else you requested. Despite providing all of that, you still closed my account.

Dear @mercury , Our Mercury account has been closed by your side. Mercury mailed us a check for the remaining funds in our account, we did receive a check from Mercury, but the check is expired. We opened a case to request a new check, case id 2553268, but Mercury did not bother to respond us. We also called Mercury through official Tel support: (415) 878-1068. Support said would provide us a response within 48 hrs. The promised time has passed, yet we receive no Email reply, or a call back. Please help return funds in our account back to us. @isabellasg3 @Wise I had my Mercury account closed ‘cause I operate my business on a Bitcoin standard. Even proving a full paper trail of bitcoin earned to account being credited wasn’t enough. When you try to do things honestly you get punished for it. Only option is to operate on the fringes.

Mercury closing my business account and refusing to release account info — anyone been through this? Hey everyone, Mercury just closed my business accounts citing only "the nature of your activity." No prior warning. The bigger problem: my dashboard access is restricted and they're refusing to share my own account and routing numbers — by email or phone. Same agent keeps replying with a copy-pasted closure template. Asked for a supervisor on a call and they refused to transfer me.
