An account closure leaves a business struggling to recover payout details

Mercury closing my business account and refusing to release account info — anyone been through this? Hey everyone, Mercury just closed my business accounts citing only "the nature of your activity." No prior warning. The bigger problem: my dashboard access is restricted and they're refusing to share my own account and routing numbers — by email or phone. Same agent keeps replying with a copy-pasted closure template. Asked for a supervisor on a call and they refused to transfer me.
