Mercury closes account despite submitted residency documents

This is FALSE! I live in Lima, Peru. I have been in Venezuela for several months only because my mother is ill with breast cancer. All of my clients are in the United States. I do not have a single customer in Venezuela. I accessed my Mercury account only a couple of times, just to confirm that a payment from the U.S. had arrived. Even so, the account was closed. You asked me for documents to verify my residency. I sent my Peruvian ID, proof of address, and everything else you requested. Despite providing all of that, you still closed my account.

@pranjalsoni_ @mercury @just_some_dev I started asking my clients to pay in USDT or USDC. For those who don’t want to use crypto, I opened an account with a fintech that lets me create a U.S. bank account.
