Mercury account closed days after approval; refund remains inaccessible

@immad My Mercury account (ISRAFIL MAHMUD LLC) was approved, funded, then closed in days — no clear reason given. A month of automated replies while my refund sits somewhere I can't access internationally. Filed a complaint with the OCC. Can your team actually respond? @mercury
