Overseas owner cannot receive closure refund by US check

Mercury closed my account and is holding my money hostage behind a \"US mail only\" policy. Mercury closed my account. No real reason given. Now they'll only refund the balance by mailing a US check, and I run this out of India with no US address anymore. Support just repeats the same line. Opened a backup account with Unlimit last week in case Stripe or Paddle payouts get stuck too.
