PayPal closed my dispute early on a June 26 GPU sale, changed deadlines without notice, and permanently limited my account — seller risk? I’m posting here because this situation feels less like a one‑off dispute and more like a business‑risk issue that small sellers should be aware of when using PayPal for marketplace transactions.
