PayPal user reports closure and collections after a disputed $50 balance

someone scammed me on paypal years ago, i provided proof and they still put my paypal account negative -$50 .. closed my account and sent that shit to collections so it can be on my credit 😂😂 i made another paypal account tho but it’s just the point lol https://t.co/7663LGIhVu
