[GB]Revolut holding $375k payment for 37 days despite promising 24 hours — then offered me £150 compensation Been with Revolut Business for over 2 years. International B2B trader, £11m+ annual revenue. Made payments of $600k+ through them previously with zero issues. On 23rd March I made a $374,963 payment to a supplier in the UAE that I’ve paid many times before. Revolut’s app said the review would take “up to 24 hours.” That was 37 days ago. Payment is still held. It gets worse. After freezing that payment, Revolut processed two further payments to the exact same supplier — $20k and $51k — both went through in minutes. No explanation for why those were fine but the $374k is still held. On 14th April they then fully restricted my account. Over £400k of business revenue locked. Can’t send, can’t receive, can’t do anything. I’ve provided every document they’ve asked for. They confirmed in writing that no further documentation is needed from me. Their own agent described it as a “standard security review.” For £700k+ of frozen business assets. Standard. I submitted a formal complaint. They upheld it — admitted I had reasonable grounds. Their compensation offer? £150. For £700k frozen and 37 days of business disruption. In their Final Response they even admitted the delay was partly due to “resources available at a certain time.” So they’re holding my money because they don’t have enough staff. What I’ve had to do to survive: - Borrow six figures at commercial interest rates just to pay staff and suppliers - Bounced direct debits damaging my credit rating - Lost sales because I can’t buy stock - UAE supplier chasing me daily for the $374k that’s sitting in Revolut’s system - Had to open new business accounts elsewhere just to keep operating I’ve now filed with FOS, reported to the FCA, and am seeking legal advice for emergency court relief. Has anyone else been through…

[IT] Revolut admitted they messed up, offered me €150 "sorry" money, but my account is STILL blocked. This is a nightmare… I’m honestly at my wit's end with this bank. Around March 12th, I tried to send some money to my son and suddenly my whole account got slapped with "limited functionality." No card payments, no ATM, no transfers nothing. I’m a mom and being cut off from my own funds like this made it impossible to even buy basic stuff for my kid. It’s been a total disaster. The worst part was the gaslighting from their support. On the 18th, the in-app AI assistant told me "Good news! Your account is unblocked, go ahead and send the money to your son." I even got an official email saying the restrictions were lifted. But when I tried to use it? Still blocked. I contacted support again and they basically said "Oh, ignore that email and the bot, they were wrong, the check is still ongoing." Then I got another email saying they would provide the results of the investigation by March 28th. But here’s the kicker: every time I ask support about this date, the story changes. One agent tells me "Yes, the 28th is the deadline," and then the next one says "Actually, there are no deadlines, you just have to wait." It’s like nobody there knows what the left hand is doing. I filed a formal complaint and just got a response from an analyst at Revolut Italia named let it be Jasmin. He actually admitted I was right and apologized for the "misleading advice." He even acknowledged that I’m struggling to provide for my child and offered me €150 as a gesture of goodwill. But because my Revolut account is still frozen, he wants me to send a PDF with my external bank details just to get the apology money. How does that even make sense? They admit they screwed up, they admit I have "valid grounds for complaint," they offer me "sorry money," but they still won't let me touch my own savings or give me a stra…

[FR] URGENT – Revolut account restricted for 2 months, €7,000 frozen after simple transfer to a member of my family Hi everyone, I’m posting here because my situation with Revolut has become extremely concerning, and I’m hoping someone from Revolut support or the community can help escalate this. About 2 months ago, my account was suddenly restricted right after I attempted to send €2,500 to my sister. Since that moment, around €7,000 of my own money has been frozen and I have completely lost access to those funds. Shortly after the restriction, Revolut asked me to verify the source of funds, which I immediately complied with. I submitted: • Salary slips proving my income • Bank statements from my main bank account These documents clearly show that the funds come from regular employment income. Despite providing everything requested quickly and transparently, my account is still restricted after nearly 60 days. I have received no clear explanation, no timeline, and no meaningful update. Revolut's customer support is useless, they're unqualified and just send copy-and-paste responses without giving a deadline. Having €7,000 locked for two months with no resolution is extremely stressful. This is money I rely on for normal life expenses, and the lack of communication is very worrying. At this point, I’m asking if someone from Revolut Support could please review my case urgently and provide an update on when the restriction will be lifted. If anyone here has experienced something similar and managed to resolve it, I would also really appreciate hearing how you handled it. Thank you.

[N/A] Stuck Transaction (€7,000) - Over 12 weeks and still no access to my funds Hi everyone, I’m writing this out of sheer frustration and as a warning to others. I’ve been a Revolut user for a while, but I am currently facing a nightmare scenario. The Situation: On December 9th, 2025, I attempted a transfer of €7,000. Revolut immediately flagged the transaction and put the funds under review. The Timeline: • December 9th: Funds frozen. • Mid-December: I provided all requested "Source of Funds" documentation (bank statements, payslips, etc.) and detailed explanations. • January - February 2026: Constant follow-ups. Every time I reach out, I get the exact same scripted response: "Our team is working on it, we will update you via chat." • Today (March 9th, 2026): It has now been 3 months (90 days) and I still have not received my money. The Current Status: Despite filing multiple official complaints through their formal channels, I am still getting the silent treatment. No timeline, no updates, and no access to my €7,000. I have complied with every single request they’ve made. It feels like my money is being held hostage without any legal justification at this point, as the standard "AML check" window has long passed. Questions for the community: Has anyone else had a review last this long (90+ days)? At what point did you involve the Bank of Lithuania or a financial ombudsman? Is there any way to get past the "automated" support bots to a human who actually has the authority to release funds? I’m starting to look into legal action because "waiting indefinitely" is not a solution for such a significant amount of money.
