⚠️ Payment Issue / Buyer Warning I’m sharing this as a warning to other sellers and suppliers. A customer placed an order with us and made a payment on September 25. After the order was shipped, the payment was automatically refunded by PayPal on October 3. We contacted the customer and asked her to make the payment again. She told us that she would wait until the refund reached her account before making the payment again. The customer received the shipment on October 5. After October 8, she stopped responding to our messages and later blocked our WhatsApp account. We have been unable to contact her regarding the outstanding payment. We have kept the relevant payment records, shipping information, delivery confirmation, and message history. Sharing this experience so other sellers can be cautious when dealing with similar situations. Please always verify that a payment has actually been received and settled before considering an order fully paid.
