Hi, I’m reaching out because my husband and I desperately need help getting our story heard. @stripe @patrickc @ABC @CNN @mcuban @TMZ @everyone My husband spent over a year building Nouvho, a platform designed to help small businesses. After being laid off from JPMorgan Chase, he invested everything into making our dream a reality. On October 8, Stripe suddenly restricted our entire platform, affecting multiple small businesses and freezing our funds, potentially for 120 days. Despite providing all requested documentation, we still haven’t received a clear explanation or resolution. This happened on my graduation day and has caused tremendous emotional and financial stress for our family and three children. We’re not asking for sympathy. We’re asking for accountability and answers. We have documentation to support our story and would be grateful if your team could investigate or help bring awareness to what we’re experiencing.
