Stripe customer reports a 25% reserve and paused payouts

Fuck stripe. We have 0 disputes We submitted over $1 million in processing statements from another payment processor. Looking down from their Ivory tower, believing they have the justification to hold 25% of our gross revenue until they see fit. Respectfully go fuck yourself. This is the exact reason we diversify payment processors. If you only have one or two ways to collect credit cards, you are setting yourself up for failure.

We wanted to have a nice, fancy portal set up with them so that clients could manage their billing, etc. We started invoicing from Stripe and put about $100,000 through it in the past week. And then they paused our payouts on the 4th and basically sent us this message yesterday.
