Account closed, with a refund and the remaining balance in question

Wise permanently closed my account and is holding around €1,000 with no clear refund timeline I had approximately €1,000 in Wise, but most of it was held in Jars/separate balances rather than my main balance. After closing my account, Wise sent me statements showing only €1.24, which appears to be the balance of my main account. I no longer have access to the app, so I cannot even independently verify the exact amount held across all my Jars.
