British citizen reports closure after an unresolved visa-document request

[GB] Revolut closed my UK account after asking for visa details — but I’m a British citizen. Revolut recently asked me to provide visa or immigration information for my UK account. I missed the original request, and my account was then restricted and eventually closed because they said they couldn’t verify the information they had on file. I supplied all documents from the Home page, but then they contacted me via chat for my “visa” which I have missed as I am not checking my app inbox. I did not get any email about it. The problem…
