New application rejected years after an unexplained account block

Blocked three years ago with no reason given. Reapplied this month. Rejected because of the block. EU customer, posting my timeline because I think it’s worth having on record. Three years ago: Revolut asked me to submit documents for review. I submitted everything they requested. Shortly afterwards my account was blocked.
