[NL] Account getting closed, Revpoints unredeemable I received an e-mail stating that my account was being closed, and that I had 2 months to redeem my Revpoints. However upon trying to redeem Revpoints for Flying Blue miles, it did not work. As usual support first came with all kinds of irrelevant responses, but eventually said that I couldn't redeem them, adding their usual BS "we understand this is disappointing".
