Two verification-return fees reversed after a support complaint

(India) PayPal charged me ₹295 twice because SBI rejected two $0.01 verification withdrawals. They reversed the fees, but should I keep using PayPal? I recently linked my SBI account to PayPal to receive payments from Outlier AI. Outlier AI performed two $0.01 verification transactions to verify my payment method.
