Revolut
[IT] Account restricted due to my expired residence permit but I have renewal appointment. I live in Italy, so the process of maintaining a valid residence permit is quite difficult. Most of the time, it is already expired because they give appointments after a year of expiration and then take three months to release the new permit, only for it to expire again after a month. My account got restricted due to not updating my documents in the app, and to be honest, I wasn’t really using Revolut. I want to resume using the bank for personal reasons, but customer support does not seem to know how to resolve my issue. I went through this a long time ago, and they were really helpful, but now that they have replaced many employees with AI, their customer support has become poor. The “live agent” just uses scripted responses with the help of ChatGPT. Does anyone know which email address I can contact where I can actually reach someone helpful and not just overseas workers who don’t have the authority to resolve anything?
