Account access restricted for a week with no review update

Revolut account restricted Anyone has a contact at Revolut? Last weekend my account was restricted along with 5 more people I know from friend of a friend. It seems like they just changed a trigger or something I am on holidays now and I barely use revolut for transactions but I have saving sitting there for 3 years in their stock markets. There is nowhere to see my account status, no documents were requested, support just says it’s “standard security checks” but I literally don’t have access to my account for a week with zero update. I literally was gonna open a business account this summer with them. Or do someone know if we can file an official complaint somewhere? Apparently on Revolut subreddit it can take months before the checks are “completed”
