[ES] Two bizarre transfer reviews in 48 hours over less than €12 total. Moving my funds back to my main bank. I wanted to share my experience as a new Revolut user. I opened my account two months ago specifically for an upcoming trip to India, intending to hold and convert my travel funds into Rupees. Everything was going smoothly until two days ago. Out of nowhere, I hit a \"transfer review\" for a tiny **€5 transfer sent by my husband**. It ended up failing the review, and now my husband is completely blocked from sending or receiving money from me. No explanation given. As if that wasn’t enough, **today I hit a second review** for a whopping **€6.08** from Amazon KDP. **The Support Experience:** I’ve spent much time in chats, cycling through 5 different agents in a single conversation. All of them gave the same copy-paste assurances that they are \"on top of the case\" and doing their best.. **My Solution:** I immediately moved all my money back to Open Bank, where I’ve never had a single issue in my life. Right now, my Revolut balance is at €0. **How I plan to use it now:** I’ll keep the account *only* for occasional ATM withdrawals while traveling. If I need cash, I will transfer the exact, immediate amount from Open Bank to Revolut and withdraw it instantly. **Final Verdict:** The whole experience felt incredibly bizarre. Blocking a life partner from sending €5 with zero explanation makes you feel like a hostage to arbitrary automated processes. It’s a shame, because I was actually considering moving my *nómina* (salary) here. Safe to say, this is a bank to never keep more than €10 inside.
