Mercury: account closure after an email change

Solved

DO NOT USE MERCURY!!! I set up an account for my llc, and deposited $300 to cover the minimal balance. After a little bit my llc got a new email address, so I updated the email address on the account. I was then told that the account was close at my request, with no information on how my funds will be returned. The responses to the emails I have sent have taken days, and they do not directly address the questions in my email, only stating 'the account has been closed at your request, we can't give you any more information'. There is no support number, just the email that is borderline useless. If anyone has had a similar situation please let me know what happened. (UPDATE) I sent several support emails and even called them and received no helpful responses, but yesterday I received an email after weeks of silence saying a check is on the way to me for my initial funds.

Actually you are right there is no account minimum that was my bad, but I would鈥檝e put the money in there anyway for operating expenses.

I just got the check in a few weeks ago after a few months of account closure. I never received an email when my account closed about a check or what would happen to my funds. I received an email a couple weeks before I got checking notifying me a check was on the way.
